Tuna, Peas and Basil Fusilli

July is Nutrition Month in the Philippines. Oh wait! It’s already August but it doesn’t mean that there’s no point in sharing this with others. I’ve made this recipe because my daughter asked me to cook a pasta dish that could be classified as “nutritious”. Her request is to share the dish with her classmates and teachers for lunch to celebrate Nutrition Month at school. I was very delighted when she came home empty handed. My daughter totally liked it and for sure the others loved it too! It sure does look pretty and tastes good too.
